INDICATIVE CONTENT
You will be introduced to different approaches to drawing, including the importance and relevance of visual research to the designer. Various drawing methods and mark making techniques will be explored, with attention being paid to scale, colour and composition. This will include a variety of paper manipulation/ engineering techniques and 3D maquette making to enable the visual communication from 2d to 3d.
You will use both observational and analytical methods of working as a means to express and interpret visual information through a broad range of drawing, imaging making and 3D production skills, as well as supporting materials such as research notebooks and/ or sketchbooks.
