In practice-based modules, appropriate student supervision beyond the stated contact learning hours is determined by the number of students enrolled on the module per semester, and will be in accordance with current health and safety requirements.
Module Indicative Content

Traditional & computer based tools will be introduced appropriate to the above. These skills will be acquired through a prescribed design project which will address typical issues relating to 2D & 3D ceramic design & development. An overview of industrial ceramic practices located within commercial environments will be introduced.
The project will explore the fundamental issues at postgraduate level of visual design communication & presentation centred on the portfolio together with all relevant workshop health & safety issues.
