Module Learning Strategies
You will investigate different approaches to idea generation - executing and communicating ideas and thought processes through primary and secondary research.

A series of workshops will be held on idea generation, visual literacy and researching and analysis of trends.

Workchecks and peer crits will take place throughout the module.

Module Indicative Content
In this module you will also develop your skills in visual literacy and visual analysis. Using industry recognised methodologies, a series of workshops will introduce you to trends forecasting and analysis including various idea generation techniques. You will investigate different visual and non-visual techniques used to communicate your thought processes, clarify and develop your ideas both individually and as part of a team. These skills will enable you to communicate your concepts to your client or design team in future projects effectively and creatively.
