To achieve a pass you will have documentation of your participation in group work taking on a variety of roles (Working with others). You will have developed your ability to communicate with others to articulate your own ideas and listen to others (Communication); to assist in the solving of problems in 2D and 3D; engaged in sessions which analyse the 2D and 3D image/artefact; and you will have recorded and reflected on this in notebook (Visual Analysis, Reflection).

To achieve the highest grade you will have contributed in an exceptional and perceptive manner to group working, taking on a variety of roles (Working with others and Communication). You will take the initiative as a committed member of any group and will have recorded observations and findings as they occur in notebook and reflected on these (Visual Analysis, Reflection). You will have produced a body of work that is exceptional in its execution and understanding.

Module Indicative Content
This module will involve you in group work and will develop your spatial awareness as well as your abilities to work with others. You
will work in teams to fulfil project requirements which will develop skills in construction, problem-solving, definition of role, and assignment of tasks. You will then continue to work in groups exploring fundamental areas of perception with relevance to the artist and designer such as colour, illusion, ambiguity, realism and the communication of meaning. You will record your own ideas and observation throughout by the use of drawing, photography and writing in notebook.
