Module Indicative Content
This module is about the way that any professional art or design practice is informed by the work and ideas of other people and other times. You will undertake at least one study visit and will use it as the basis for further research, This will form the main body of work on this module and you will take notes, and make reflections on art/design works you see on each visit equalling 3000 words. Throughout the Semester you will record your research in a visual diary that will contain images (photographs, drawings, etc), published material and, most importantly, your own notes, you hear, read and look at. All of the written work you produce will be to an academic standard using the Harvard referencing system.
