1. Individual essay (2,500 words) (70%) (LOs 1, 3 & 4)

2. Individual Presentation (15 mins) (30%) (LO 2)

The innovative product should be sustainable (as per sustainability definition); the marketing plan should reflect how stakeholder (consumers, employees, shareholders etc.) perceptions (change management) would be reframed towards acceptability and use of the product.
Indicative Content
There is a considerable need for businesses to execute business strategies aimed towards climate change and sustainable living. Firms are expected to respond to a larger global cause by altering their business processes through innovation. This module builds on Innovation aspects studied at level 5 and affirms the need for firms to consider the planet when determining various aspects of their production cycle. This change is led by leaders and then percolates to employees and encompasses changing consumer behaviour.

Disruption is at the heart of the 4th industrial revolution. In this module, you will explore the dynamics of organisational change and how firms can leverage innovative business models to compete in a world more mindful of its natural environment.
Learning Strategies
This module will use a mix of presentation techniques and interactive tasks to explore the module content. Introducing key concepts through a variety of methods challenging you to explore different approaches to Innovative Change Management. Contact sessions will introduce core issues and techniques, and individual collaborative tasks will explore their application.

You will undertake ‘formative’ assessments during the module to help you monitor your learning and provide you and us with ongoing feedback on your progress, that helps you prepare for the ‘summative assessment(s) during or at the end of the module.
