Module Indicative Content
Complementing Project Management 1 which examined the resource requirements and implications this module deals with the process and application of principles. Project planning, critical pathways and risk management will be examined. Record keeping and output recording will be examined. Project audit methods and requirements will be evaluated.
Module Learning Strategies
Lectures supported by tutorials 20 hrs. Assignment to develop self-learning skills 130 hrs. Assignments take the form of a brief, broken down into tasks. These tasks are researched and the information presented.
