Institution of Biomedical Science Registration PORTFOLIO 100% The portfolio must be completed and verified. The portfolio will align to the current, in-force, documented approach from the Institute of Biomedical Science and be completed in compliance with the current process.

0% ORAL assessment undertaken as part of the laboratory tour. Students must pass this element.
LEARNING STRATEGIES
Clinical placement, 1350 hours as a placement year OR 14 weeks full-time in teaching block three.

Learning and training provided by placement provider and quality assured by Staffordshire University.

SPECIAL ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
Students must be enrolled on the BSc(Hons) Biomedical Science degree. Students transfer to the Applied route following successful completion of the portfolio.
