The module requires a total of 200 hours towards the learning outcome, involving 48 hours of a combination of activities, including lectures and in-class discussion of a wide range of industry cases, and 152 hours of guided self-study. The students are provided with a variety of learning materials to enhance learning.
There will be formative assessments to monitor student learning and engagement and provide them with the necessary feedback to facilitate learning and better performance in the summative work at the module end.

Additional Assessment Details
Element 1. The assessment is an individual operational plan weighted at 70% of the overall module mark and assessing all LO1, LO2, LO3 focused on an operational plan created during work experience.
Element 2. Individual reflection weighted at 30% on the 70 hours work experience from within own workplace of choice or guided business challenge sessions (LO4)
