LEARNING STRATEGIES
¿¿¿Module delivery will incorporate traditional lectures, interactive tutorials where answers to complex international human resource management (IHRM) challenges will be posed and discussed, and videos demonstrating the practice of IHRM in organisation. ¿¿

¿¿¿¿¿¿¿The lectures will be interactive meaning that you are required to engage in study materials by answering the questions posed by the lecturer related to materials studied. Furthermore, you will be strongly encouraged to follow IHRM -related news, journals and other forms of resources and associate them with the topics covered during lectures. By doing that, you will develop an understanding of the materials covered and expand on the knowledge gained in the lectures.¿¿
¿
¿¿¿A tutorial session will contribute to a thorough understanding of the module concepts and issues with the aim of testing your understanding and developing problem-solving skills and confidence. The interaction between the lecturer and the students will allow them to expand new ideas and knowledge about the specific subject. In addition, case studies will be provided for them to prepare for better understanding.¿¿

¿¿¿Videos and documentaries will provide students with real-life scenarios and knowledge of contemporary issues that organisations face in IHRM practices.¿¿

¿¿¿¿¿¿You will undertake ‘formative’ assessments such as presentations, debate and other classroom activities during the module to help you monitor your learning and provide you and us with ongoing feedback on your progress, that helps you prepare for the ‘summative assessment(s) during or at the end of the module.¿¿
RESOURCES
¿¿¿Library learning resources¿¿

¿¿¿VLE learning support material to be provided for independent /self-directed learning.¿¿

¿¿¿Selected contemporary problem/practice-based case examples¿¿
