Assessment Details
A 3000 words individual report reviewing, analysing, and making recommendations on a multinational’s strategic decision. Assesses all learning outcomes.
Learning Strategies
The learning strategy for the module requires students to commit 200 learning hours of which there will be 36 hours of tutor-led learning and 200 hours of independent and self-directed study.¿
The module will use a blended-learning approach, incorporating in-class tutor led sessions and support, individual problem-solving and self-directed learning. All the materials – including learning materials and independent learning materials – will be provided.¿You will undertake formative assessments during the module to help you monitor your learning and provide you and us with ongoing feedback on your progress, that helps you prepare for the summative assessment at the end of the module.¿
Learning Outcomes
Demonstrate knowledge and critical understanding of the different levels and approaches to strategic decision making
Analyse and critically evaluate the environment, resource position and subsequent choice of strategy
Critically evaluate the alternative strategies and directions/methods of development open to organisations and the challenges encountered in their implementation
