In this module, you will use business simulation tools to explore the dynamics of a modern enterprise and learn about your capacity to manage and innovate in your chosen field. This module is the culmination of your foundation year and will equip you with the skills required for you to manage in business or proceed onto further academic study. The digital learning resource provides in-depth learning of how a company operates from start-up to the first few years of a company's life. Working through various scenarios allows you to understand the inter-dependence of each business functions, HR, Operations, Sales and Marketing and Finance.

Learning Strategies
Using the Business Simulation software, you will work your way through several scenarios in the areas of finance, HR, Operations and Sales. ‘Learning by doing’ is a proven and one of the most effective ways to gain invaluable knowledge as the software simulates real-world situations through activities such as reading, watching live demonstrations, practicing, etc.

You will undertake ‘formative’ assessments during the module to help you monitor your learning and provide you and us with ongoing feedback on your progress, that helps you prepare for the ‘summative assessment(s) during or at the end of the module.
