INDICATIVE CONTENT
In this module you will create a diverse portfolio showcasing examples of communication within your chosen specialism. Ensure the portfolio includes annotated pieces that discuss and describe varied practices in different contexts and for distinct purposes. These examples should respond to your project brief, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively for a specific purpose within your industry.
Write a 1,000-word report on a significant movement, designer, artist, or practitioner who has influenced your field. Critically analyse their impact, discussing how their work has shaped contemporary practices and relates to your projects. Highlight the relevance of their contributions to your understanding of your practise and its application across different contexts and purposes. This report should complement your portfolio by demonstrating a deep comprehension of the influential elements within your specialism.
ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
Assessment 1: A creative portfolio demonstrating a wide range of examples of communication within your specialism. Annotated to discuss and describe different uses of imagery in different contexts and for different purposes. A response to a project brief, exploring and demonstrating the use of communication for a specific purpose within your chosen industry. (80%)
