The OSI model (layers 1-7)
Network design and documentation
Ethernet routing and switching
Introduction to WAN's and routers, architecture, CLI and configuration
TCP/IP, Routing in WANs, Network Troubleshooting

A written MCQ examination, length 2 hours weighted at 50%.
A practical not in examination conditions weighted at 30%
