Part A
A series of on-line debates which form the basis of an individual research report of 1,000 approximately (50%) - Learning Outcome 1

Part B
A reflective portfolio report of approximately 1,500 words which will include personal goals, reflection and strategies for success (50%) - Learning Outcome 2
Module Indicative Content
Note taking, revision and exam technique. Time management and organisation. Team work skills. Research and reading skills, finding appropriate resources, referencing using a bibliographical database. Presentation, report writing, debating skills. Ethics. Setting personal goals and reflection skills.
Module Learning Strategies
The main emphasis will be on online practicals to practice skills. Online debates will use Blackboard or Skype conference call facility
