A project proposal weighted at 10% (1000 words) - Learning Outcome 1
Midpoint interview weighted at 10% - Presentation of the research (no more than 10 slides, 10 minutes plus questions) - learning outcomes 2 and 3
Formal Report weighted at 60% (5000 words) - All learning outcomes
Demonstration/Presentation of artefact (20 mins plus questions) weighted at 20% - All learning outcomes
Module Learning Strategies
There will be at least 5 hours of introductory lectures covering the indicative content.
This is a student centred project, but students can expect regular support from both their academic supervisor and work based mentor. In terms of academic supervision, there will be at least two, 30 minute scheduled formative review sessions. There will also be a midpoint interview which has both formative and summative purpose.
