INDICATIVE CONTENT
This module examines the electronic systems and applications that need to be in place for an organisation to function efficiently and effectively, such as

CRM
ERP Systems
ITIL
Supply chain management
Version control software

The module will also concentrate on the legal, ethical and moral issues associated with developing an e-business application.
ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
Assignment 100% covering all learning outcomes based on a case study and consisting of:

1) A 1500 word report, 50%:

- An evaluation of the needs of the case study and the type of software that could support the organisation
- A reflection on the best business practices that an organisation could adopt
- A reflection on the relevant legal arguments that might cover the process of acquiring enterprise wide software
- A recommended solution to the problem situation

2) A 20 minute demonstration of the developed solution with accompanying user manual, 50%.
