The work undertaken will obviously vary greatly from one workplace to another. However all work experience roles must be approved by the module leader to ensure that the level and complexity of work is sufficient to allow satisfactory completion of the assessment.
Module Learning Strategies
You will be expected to undertake duties associated with a full-time employee of the organisation and to keep a logbook of your activities.
Typically contact with the module tutor will be via email but you may receive a visit from a member of academic staff at some time during your work experience if the module leader judges this to be appropriate.
On completion of your work experience you will be expected to produce a report. The strategy for completion of this is explained on the module website resource and via discussion with the module leader.
Within this module you will be introduced to and/or will be able to develop your:
- Intellectual skills
- Communication
