Module Indicative Content
Carry out training or teaching of others on a technical or management issue as appropriate to the organisation and as agreed within the individual's learning agreement. As part of the process the student will reflect on the development of the training activities, assessing what the outcomes should be, the target audience, how the success of the event would be assessed. After the training event has taken place, the student would reflect upon how the event has been received, and what difference it has made to working practice or knowledge of those who undertook the course.

Pre - training event planning
Reflection on training event
Portfolio of 4500 words
