Module Additional Assessment Details
AN ASSIGNMENT - 100% (Covering all Learning outcomes)
- A business/technical report (75%) based on an appropriate case study, 4500 words.A typical report will contain an analysis of the current information systems requirements, with an analysis of future enhancements to the information systems structure of a typical company.
- A presentation summarising with appropriate examples the reports key findings and recommendations (25%).
Module Learning Strategies
'Keynote' lectures to indicate the core material and to introduce topics for independent study,
Workshop/tutorials to illustrate the main points by applying techniques to and observing practice in case studies,
Seminars to expand on the topics and discuss the solutions as appropriate,
The assignment will be integrated into the Independent Study component.
