Module Special Admissions Requirements
Prior study of CESCOMD55503-5 Project Proposal and Professionalism or equivalent
Module Indicative Content
This will consist of independent research in pursuance of investigating the topic chosen for the project using appropriate research methods. Students will be referred to recent publications and appropriate learning resources to complete the investigation.
Module Additional Assessment Details
100% assignment consisting of:-
5,000 word research report - Learning Outcome 1, 3, 4
15 minute presentation (recorded using software such as Screencast-o-matic) - Learning Outcome 2
Module Learning Strategies
Material, presented electronically, will introduce the subject area and outline the area of investigation. A maximum of 10 students will join a discussion group with a specialist supervisor being assigned to each group.
Skype (or similar) will be used for virtual individual/group meetings
