Group sessions will introduce the subject area and outline the area of investigation. A maximum of 10 students will join each group with a specialist supervisor being assigned to each group.

100% assignment consisting of:-
5,000 word research report - Learning Outcome 1, 3, 4
15 minute presentation - Learning Outcome 2

This will consist of independent research in pursuance of investigating the topic chosen for the project using appropriate research methods. Students will be referred to recent publications and appropriate learning resources to complete the investigation. They will be expected to investigate and evaluate social, legal and ethical implications of the IT technology, problem or solution they research.
