An exam length 1.5 hours weighted at 75% assessing Learning Outcomes 1 to 3.
A 20 minute presentation weighted at 25% assessment Learning Outcome 4 and 5.

(SWOT) Analysis.
Porters 5 Forces analysis.
2. IT strategy development; the topics here are:
Earl's Strategic Grid.
Earl's three pronged approach.
Architecture modelling
Initiative prioritisation using Earl's risk/reward portfolios.
Implementing IT systems.
3. Socio-technical system design; the topics here are:
Job design.
Job impact analysis.
Acceptability testing.
