In a world where information is overwhelming but needs to be verified, the adage that "Knowledge is power" has never been more relevant. Every organization must organize a watch in order to identify market opportunities and limit the risks inherent in its strategy.
Identifying, collecting and then processing information effectively requires know-how and a methodology. It is this approach that we will discuss through this module.
LEARNING STRATGIES
The module will draw upon a mixture of activities including lectures, web-based activities, case study analysis, relevant videos and in-class discussions, individual and group problem solving and self-directed learning.
