Individual Assignment - Students will be working in groups to develop a business case for Digital Transformation for a predefined sector/organisation. The business case will cover:
1- Analysis of the current situation

2- Market Research of competitors

3- Proposed Digital Transformation strategy

4- Implementation Plan and Business model

5- Risk Assessment
Learning Strategies
The module uses formal lectures, and workshop-based teaching which will include practical work, seminars and theoretical material. Extensive use is made of the VLE and of formative assessment.
