Module Learning Strategies
Contact time will be through 1 weekly lecture and 1 weekly tutorial. Your independent learning is supported by freely available learning material available through a BLC environment.

Module Learning Outcome
1. Analyse the issues regarding the design of high multimedia content web sites.
2. Design and construct a usable multimedia web site, demonstrating the appropriate use of multimedia.
3. Justify your use of multimedia in your web site.
4. Assess the use of new technologies on the web.
5. Explain the different types of media used on the web.
This module will also give you opportunity to demonstrate the following skills:
(a) Formulate a practical solution to the problem, making effective use of the resources available
(b) Think creatively
(c) Synthesise information
(d) Appreciation of the nature of knowledge, principles, concepts and context
