Module Learning Strategies
The lab sessions will support the underlying knowledge and skills required to complete the module and contain mini-lectures. This will be facilitated with booklets, course texts, and the Internet. Within the lab sessions students will study scripting languages, investigate design approaches, follow methods, and look into cycles of implementation and testing. Group discussions will also take place in these sessions.

This module will address:
Creation of web applications
Introduction to ASP .NET including database connectivity
Introduction to N-Tier architecture for web applications
Design methods for web applications, specifically in the area of programming, and web application testing

Assignment (100%)
The assignment will be to design and create a web application using appropriate methods. The report will support the applications development and document it.
