Module Learning Strategies

This will support the underlying knowledge and skills required to complete the module. Students will be encouraged to reflect on the subject area outside class time and come up with examples in everyday life for the next session. This will also be supported by a social network group to facilitate discussion and examples.
Module Additional Assessment Details
100% Assignment
The assignment will consist of carrying out research into two topic areas of current web design, showing examples, which will be presented in a 10 minute presentation. Research findings will be supported by a 1500 word research report which elaborates on one of the topics (Learning Outcomes 3 and 4). To further show the students learning they will use their research work to inform the design and implementation of a web application for different target audiences (Learning Outcomes 1, 2 and 5).
