This module will include the following topics:

Module Additional Assessment Details
The creation of a practical artefact and a report of 2500 words. The artefact is likely to be a small application of around 20 pages that is dynamic and processes data input by a user. It may be based on a scenario such as a travel agents, or booking system.

Module Learning Strategies
The lectures will support the two lab sessions. The lab sessions will support the underlying knowledge and skills required to complete the module, and will be facilitated with booklets, and Internet references. You will find in lab sessions that you are taken through several programming approaches for the web. You will also have sessions focused on infrastructure and designing larger systems. To widen your knowledge there will also be sessions on specific devices and user issues. Group discussions will also take place in the sessions.
