Module Indicative Content
This module provides you with the opportunity to explore in-depth one or two specialist subjects related to work with communities. You will be able to develop your own specialist interests in consultation with your tutor. You may develop your own research projects or APL previous accredited learning.
Module Learning Strategies
The module incorporates two inter-related learning strategies. There will be small group sessions or individual sessions, tutorials, in which students will receive support and guidance in relation to their individual research (10 hours). In addition, the students will pursue independent study (290 hours), which will allow them to research and develop their independent study projects and portfolios.
