MODULE INDICATIVE CONTENT
Students will be supported in developing an abstract and academic paper or equivalent event through an engagement with key critical discourses in the field, related to student identified contexts. Students will demonstrate the ability to position their own practice in relation to wider art contexts through the development and production of written texts.

Critical Discourses and Encounters supports the students in identifying the contemporary discourses within which they can contribute, supporting them in defining the most appropriate contexts in which to engage public audiences with their research concerns. The students will be assessed on the production of a paper abstract and delivery of a conference paper, or equivalent event.
