Module Indicative Content
This module explores the experience of Christian faith through creative arts, with the particular concern of demonstrating how the popular arts can shape, inform and enliven such an exploration. The module includes a high level of interaction between the student and their chosen art forms.

This module will cover:
• The role of creative arts in religious literature and faith communities
• A review of the theology of creative art(s)
• Dialogue between particular art forms, life experience and theology
• The contribution of art to faith formation and personal identity
• A review of the role of the arts in exploring spirituality in the wider world
Module Learning Strategies
This module incorporates several inter-related learning strategies. The interactive learning groups will provide lectures and seminars involving a combination of group activities, student led work, simulations, skills practice, discussion etc. The independent study provides opportunity for reading, creative expression, library based and online research. The remote learning in the practice work place will help develop professional ministry skills.
