Working with an industrial partner on Finance & Banking, this module will enable students to gain the tools to identify and use digital technologies to design a digital transformation programme for a live partner organisation. Students will be challenged to develop transformation strategies that make the best use of people and technology. They will develop innovative solutions to problems and communicate them to a partner organisation. They will learn how to develop and present a business plan to an organisation to gain project approval and financing.
