Learning Strategies
In this module learners will receive input from tutors relating to key theories and principles of behaviour. Learners will be expected to work in small communities of practice in order to compare and contrast organisational behaviour policies, as well as challenges they face while supporting learning. These critical and professional discussions will help inform the learner of developments which they need to make to their practice as well as propose changes that their institution could make.
