Module Indicative Content
Reflective evaluation and development of personal and professional development from an earlier module - Career development: aspirations and opportunities
Module Learning Strategies
This module follows on from the portfolio work in Module 1 enabling continuing reflection on personal and professional development. The focus of this module is for learners to consider their future career aspirations and development. Learners will have opportunity to demonstrate learning and reflection of personal continuing development, continuing workplace development and continuing workplace organisation understanding. Therefore the indicative content in this module will mostly be defined by learners' evaluation of their journey as a professional on this course. Learners will be guided on their portfolio content via face-to-face tutorials and electronic support. The course VLE will be used extensively which will direct learner reflections upon their work based learning. This module is about learners taking responsibility for and presenting their personal and professional development as an education professional.
