Module Indicative Content
Reflective evaluation and development of personal and professional development
This portfolio module will enable you to reflect upon the work based nature of the course so far.
You will be guided on their portfolio content via face-to-face tutorials and electronic support. The course VLE will be used extensively which will direct your reflections upon their work based learning.
This module will cover the following topics:
Reflection of professional learning from current and previous learning experiences including other modules studied during the course.
Personal development journal
Written accounts of your workplace setting
Module Learning Strategies
The focus of this module is for learners to consider their career aspirations and development. Learners will have opportunity to demonstrate learning and reflection of personal continuing development, continuing workplace development and continuing workplace organisation understanding. Therefore the indicative content in this module will mostly be defined by learners' evaluation of their development of self-efficacy as learning practitioners on this course. Learners will be guided on their portfolio content via face-to-face tutorials and electronic support. The course VLE will be used extensively which will direct learner reflections upon their work based learning. This module is about learners taking responsibility for and presenting their personal and professional development as an education professional.
