ASSESSMENT DETAILS
There are two elements to the assessment, covering all the leaning outcomes:
1. A ‘Reflective Blog’ (50%)
2. A ‘Written Report’ (50%) (1500 words)
INDICATIVE CONTENT
The aim of this module is to give you the opportunity to experience a real world work environment related to your field of study in order to best understand the more theoretical knowledge taught at higher levels. (real world learning)

LEARNING STRATEGIES
The learning strategies will requires you to commit to 300 learning hours of which 8 hours will consist of contact time and 292 hours will be for placement attendance and personal study/reflection outside the workplace.

You will achieve the learning outcomes of the module mainly through remote learning in the work place setting. You will need to identify a work place ‘critical friend’ to support you in the workplace.

Tutor support will be by e-mail, telephone and one hour placement visit.
