Module Additional Assessment Details
Students will be assessed by one practical assignment and one examination.
1 x 2 hours exam contributing 50% of the overall module mark which will assess Learning Outcomes 1 and 2.
1 practical assignment contributing 50% of the overall module mark which will assess Learning Outcomes 3 and 4.
Satisfactory performance in all elements of assessment is required to pass this module.

This module is designed to enable students to understand advanced digital electronic systems, to apply selection skills in choosing appropriate solutions to design problems and to be aware of design limitations both theoretical and technological.
