There will be workshop and tutorial sessions in which students have the opportunity to discuss and present various
topics of the module in the class. Students are able to structure their own work and to
work relatively independently under the guidance of the module teaching staff.

Assessment Details
A 2000 word report weighted at 70% on the analysis of a case study covering leadership and management in practice. Assessing learning outcomes 1 & 3. Meeting AHEP 3 Outcomes EL1, EL2, EL3b, EL6, P1, P5, P7.
A 1000 word research based exercise weighted at 30% to include social and ethical considerations of organisations, leaders and managers. Assessing learning outcome 2. Meeting AHEP 3 Outcomes EL4, EL5, EL6, P1, P5.
Formative guidance and feedback will be provided in tutorial sessions within the class
