Engaging in developing engineering theories and techniques at workplace, project planning and research method involving complex projects, product specification and requirement, procurement of ne engineering product, numerical and analytical tools to support research theories, design concept, IP constraints and opportunities, Preparation of reports and evaluation of effectiveness of the design. Factors leading to success, planning programmes and delivery tasks, project funding, Payments and recovery, Legal and statutory obligations, staffing issues such as recruitment, assessment and feedback, disciplinary procedures, ISO 9000, EFQM, implementation of best practice, presentations, records of meetings and outcomes, diversity and anti-discrimination legislation, commitment to work, Undertake formal health
