MODULE ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
Assessment 1: Feasibility pitch.
Weighted 20%
Students will present a pitch for their training plan highlighting their choice of training and the justification of relevance to their work environment.

Assessment 2: Online training plan.
Weighted 80%

30 Minute training plan
Students will create an online training plan which will be used to support staff within their chosen sector student will provide clear goals and justification for the training plan creating engaging and active roles to enrich the training experience.
MODULE INDICATIVE CONTENT
Within this module students will conduct analysis of a range of organisational behaviours and apply them to digital focused businesses. The module will have a strong focus on critical thinking, analysis, delivery, and creation.
As student focus on digital transformation and organisational management they will develop practises which they can adopt in online mediums.
