Final outcomes
Assessment 1 Reflective Journal (20%) (Learning Outcomes 4 & 5)

INDICATIVE CONTENT
This module is the second of two-sequential final major project modules and is your opportunity to build on the research, concept and product development that you have already undertaken. This is where you will resolve your design intentions for an individual fashion industry-based brief directly associated with your progression aims, and the work you create here will contribute to your portfolio and self-promotion activities.
Through the development of ideas, you will overcome production challenges, refining your work to achieve professional standard fashion artefacts that communicate your intentions. This will enable you to present a cohesive collection of innovative pieces that address the requirements of the market at which they are aimed.
Multi-disciplinary methods as a means of visual communication will be explored, and you will consider how the outcomes of this module will feed into the work you are undertaking in the module of Portfolio and Promotion, and how they will be received by industry practitioners and your target market.
The production of final artefacts will be documented and evidenced for assessment. Part of the work will be in the evaluation and reflection upon the whole of the FMP, and making reference to your personal improvements, strengths and weaknesses in relation to your approach to the brief.
