Indicative Content
This module aims to provide you with an understanding of the film production process involved in visual storytelling. You will explore the creative and organisational processes required to professionally produce moving image content. The project work and guided independent study enables you to understand the importance of research and apply key visual composition and audio production techniques. You engage in shooting exercises and work in groups to produce a portfolio of moving image work and the associated paperwork.

• You will research and practice fundamental moving image production techniques including the preparation, recording and editing of audio and visual materials.
• You will develop your analytical and verbal communication skills through group and team work
• The module will introduce you to the full production process and you will engage with and develop multidisciplinary skills required for producing, directing, camera, lighting, sound and editing roles
