Group work: The studio programme and working as a team (75%) will address learning outcomes 2 and 4
Coursework: Individual log (25%) a 1,500 word coursework assignment will address learning outcomes 1 and 3
Module Indicative Content
The students will work as a group to produce a studio based television programme using SD and/or HD technology. In the course they will gain knowledge of:

1. Scriptwriting Element
Creative and techniques requirements including technical directions for studio based programmes.
2. Pre-production Element
How to design, structure, research and produce filmed/edited inserts for a studio programme.
3. Studio Production Element
Working as a team to produce a short studio based programme.
4. Understanding of the digital technology and creative knowledge used in studio based production using SD and/or HD technology.
