The use of a NURBS toolset for modelling 3D objects for entertainment.
Why NURBS and polygons are different from one another and their advantages and disadvantages for particular modelling problems.
The process of lighting a real world subject in a blue screen background.
Use of layers and alpha channels to render images suitable for compositing.
The process of compositing real world footage and computer generated imagery.
