Module Indicative Content
The portfolio requires the student to demonstrate practical ability in their chosen subject area. They pursue a practical piece of work agreed with their supervisor and proceed to design, implement and test the outcome.

All projects will be grounded in the technology of the award area and will allow the student to focus on extending their skills in the specific aspect they wish to pursue in industry.

1. Practical 'product' related to the award title (Learning Outcome 1).
2. Oral Presentation (Learning Outcomes 2 and 3).

3 x 1 Hour Introduction to project planning and management followed by regular small or individual group tutorials with supervisor

Student centred learning to include production of practical work demonstrating specialist subject knowledge and skills.
