A 7000 word report containing a case study or case studies of project management within their organisation demonstrating how methodologies and ethical considerations shaped the project (s) and reflecting on what could have been improved
INDICATIVE CONTENT
The first part of the module is associated with project management and its role within an organisation, be it large or small. This will include
The role that projects play in an organisational context.
Project evaluation techniques.
The role of the project manager and man-management
Project management methodologies.
-Scrum
-Agile
A critical awareness of project planning
-scheduling
-costs and benefits
-Risk analysis and Management


The second part of the module is ethics and ethical consideration within the games industry.

LEARNING STRATEGIES
The student will be expected to engage with the online lecture material, which will be video lectures and associated tasks.
