Assessment Component 1 - (Learning Outcomes 1,2 and 3)

An Interactive Visualisation Experience weighted at 50% consisting of:

An interactive visualisation experience using a provided environment in Unreal Engine. The experience will include a series of industry standard interactive elements as well as a developed lighting and presentation solution.



Assessment Component 2 - (Learning Outcomes 1, 2 and 4)

A Interactive Configurator Experience weighted at 50% consisting of:

An interactive configurator experience using a chosen vehicle in Unreal Engine. The experience will include a series of expected customisable elements as well as a full user interface.
LEARNING STRATEGIES
2 x 3-hour lecture/tutorial sessions per week which will include demonstrations, development periods, critiques and support opportunities.

Learning will be supported by a range of video and written tutorials available online via a VLE.
LEARNING OUTCOMES

1. Develop an understanding of Real time technologies application in a wide range of industries

2. Create Advanced Real Time solutions to current industry problems whilst maintaining good performance and optimisation

3. Create real-time interactive elements targeted at a specific platform using visual communication methods.

4. Analyse existing real-time examples to replicate features for a product configurator
