Assessment Details
Assessment Component 1 – (Learning outcome 1, 2 and 3)
A portfolio of motion capture sequences weighted at 80% consisting of:
Performance Capture Sequence which demonstrates understanding of the motion capture workflow utilising Motion Builder, Maya, the motion capture volume including props and environmental interaction in a game engine.
Real-Time Cinematic Sequence rendered in a game engine demonstrating cinematic and motion-matching skills.
Assessment Component 2 – (Learning outcome 4)
A critical reflection weighted at 20% that reviews past work and citing examples of professional and industry work.
