Assessment Details
This module is assessed by the oversees institution where the student is studying.
This module is used to facilitate the application of grades from oversees institutions which do not directly map onto our 20/40 credit structures or module assessments.
Students are taught and assessed by the oversees intuition where their exchange is taking place.
Where the curriculum differs in a way that does not allow for direct mapping onto the modules in place on the students course, the grades will be averaged based on the credit weighting of the oversees institution and applied to this module’s single assessment.
Learning Outcomes
1. Identify and outline appropriate solutions to advanced and complex games development problems
2. Apply existing knowledge to explore new approaches to challenges in games development leading to the production of games development artefacts or solutions
3. Explore new techniques and tools in a specialist area of study resulting in a deep understanding of games development and associated toolsets
4. Implement research and advanced understandings in new academic knowledge into specialist projects whilst studying abroad.
5. Communicate and critically reflect upon study and project work whilst studying abroad.
